Frank has two decades of legal experience. He has handled a variety of cases in different courts and jurisdictions. Obviously, no two cases are alike and the facts of each case dictate the outcome. But, Frank has consistently achieved good outcomes for his clients.

We handle cases involving wrongful death, Tort Claims Act, car accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and products liability.
Frank has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in complicated personal injury and wrongful death cases. In one case, he successfully defended a drug manufacturer in a wrongful death case by obtaining a summary judgment for his client. He also successfully represented a family in a personal injury case involving an automobile products liability claim which resulted in a five-figure settlement.
Civil Rights 
If your rights have been violated by a police officer or other government employee and you have suffered a serious injury, we can help. We handle cases against government agents and entities involving excessive force, wrongful arrest/confinement and other violations of Constitutional Rights.
During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Frank disposed of every Civil Rights case in which he was lead counsel without paying a single penny in settlements or judgments. For example, Frank successfully defended Bexar County in a wrongful imprisonment case in the U.S. Supreme Court. In private practice, Frank represented a citizen in an excessive force case against a police officer that resulted in a five-figure settlement for a fractured hand.
Insurance Disputes 
If your insurance company has wrongfully delayed or denied your insurance claim we can help. We handle suits for breach of contract and bad faith against insurers for claims arising under homeowners’ policies (hail, wind, fire and water damage), auto policies (uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage and personal injury protection coverage) and commercial policies. We have litigated cases involving numerous insurance companies and various types of insurance policies.
Frank has successfully defended large insurance companies in lawsuits filed by policyholders. In addition, he has represented homeowners, business owners and motorists in property damage and personal injury cases resulting in five-figure and six-figure settlements.
Administrative Hearings 
We have extensive experience handling administrative actions involving military personnel and other public employees. This includes separation actions, terminations, reprimands, civil service hearings and fit for duty hearings.
Frank has handled hundreds of administrative hearings in the military and for Bexar County. In one case, Frank successfully argued to a military physical evaluation board that a service member with an amputated limb should be found fit for duty and retained on active duty.
Consumer Law 
We have experience representing both businesses and consumers in cases involving the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Act, Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act and related laws.
Frank represented a family in a Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act case against a car dealership resulting in a six-figure settlement. Frank has also represented numerous businesses in claims brought by consumers under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and related statutes.
Asset Forfeiture 
If the government has wrongfully seized your property, we can help. We have handled hundreds of civil asset forfeiture actions on behalf of the State of Texas. Now, you can put that expertise to work for you. Frank recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for the State of Texas in civil asset forfeiture actions.
